I'm grateful not only for the physical recovery but also for the mental healing that followed.
This journey has taught me invaluable lessons about gut health, microbes, and their crucial role in overall wellness.I'm thankful for the opportunity to rediscover my health and wellbeing, and for the ability to harness the power of natural wellness, including cannabis, to aid in my recovery.
A huge thank you to NuMe for the insightful learnings on gut health and its connection to mental wellbeing!I've come to appreciate the intricate relationship between the stomach and brain, and I'm grateful for the natural tools that have helped me find balance.
Another significant milestone was my return to the gym, made possible with the guidance and support of a biokineticist. This marked a major breakthrough in my physical recovery, and I'm proud of the progress I've made.
A heartwarming moment was celebrating my son's 13th birthday in breathtaking Cape Town. Watching him grow and thrive brings immense joy to my life.
I am also thankful for the unwavering support of my loved ones, the cannabis community, and the opportunity to organize the Global Cannabis March in Gauteng. Collaborating with industry leaders has been a privilege.These partnerships have not only deepened my understanding of the industry but have also enabled me to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the cannabis sector.
