Homemade Meals & Catering I started cooking when I was tall enough to stand on a chair, to reach the stove. It is something I've always loved to do.

I have spent over 30 years in the food and beverage industry as a waitress, bartender, cook, manager and director; working in 5 star/4 diamond restaurants and resorts, across the United States. My passion and talent has only grown through the years. I prepare made from scratch food with quality ingredients you can feel good about eating. I love to cook! I love to feed people! As a mother of 3, I k

now what a struggle it can be to get dinner on the table, every night. It's nice to take a night off from cooking and know that you are feeding your family a meal that is NOT laden in preservatives, added colors, salt and flavors. Whether you need to feed 1 person or 100, I would love to share my food with you!

*** I had a bit of a wifi problem here with a thunderstorm rolling through but I am getting through all of the messages and comments and will go in order that they were received.

As promised, here are the FCFS that I have available. Everything was made last week and Frozen for freshness, except the brisket. This brisket was smoked for 18 hours and finished on Sunday. I have not frozen it but you certainly can! It freezes great!

Montana has been having an identity crisis this winter, but you never know when it will get cold again... this weekend... according to the weather report.

🍖Ham and Bean Soup - Organic bean varieties slow simmered with a meaty ham bone, organic onions, celery, carrots, garlic and herbs. Tender ham chunks. Finished with a pat of French butter. Brothy and delicious! Naturally GF. Served with Garlic Dinner Rolls.

Grilled Chicken Alfredo - Bronze cut Italian penne pasta, parmesan cream sauce and grilled chicken breast. Served with Garlic Dinner Rolls.

Mac and Cheese - Bronze cut Italian penne pasta, hand shredded cheddar, gouda and gruyere cheeses. Topped with Panko breadcrumbs and more cheese! Served with sweet buttered cornbread.

Brisket Dinner - Slow smoked brisket. Tender and Juicy! Penne pasta Mac and Cheese and sweet buttered cornbread.

💕I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the Clarkston Fire Department for inviting me to share my food at their annual Bingo night! If you have never gone, definitely mark your calendars for next year! What a great night of fun entertainment!

🇺🇲Happy Memorial Day! With summer coming on, it's always hard to get menus out due to weddings and events. Also a lot of people are out enjoying the weather and gone on summer vacations. I will do my best! There will definitely be a ton of first come, first served. Keep your eye out for delicious meals coming your way next week. Ham and Bean Soup, Alfredo with grilled chicken and more. Here's a hint.😉 They still have a long time to go in the smoker but this meal will be a great way to kick off the summer! 🌸FIRST COME FIRST SERVED🌸 *UPDATE SOLD OUT*

I apologize it took so long for me to release these meals. It's been kind of crazy here and we've had some unexpected challenges arise. I appreciate your patience and understanding! Everything will come to you frozen and has been prepared in the last few weeks. So without further ado here they are!

Pork & Vegetable Eggrolls - Ground organic pork, handcut organic cabbage, carrots, broccoli stalks, onions and beans sprouts. Sautéed in olive and sesame oils with low sodium soy sauce. Deep fried in beef Tallow. Heats great in the oven or airfryer.
2 eggrolls per package.

Croque Monsieur - French ham and cheese sandwich. Black forest ham, bechamel, gruyere and swiss cheeses on Aurore French Bakery bread. Heats great in the oven or airfryer. 1 sandwich is a meal.

Kalua Pork and Cabbage - Tender, moist, shredded pork. Pink Alaea salt, organic cabbage. Slightly smokey and sooo good!

Lasagna - Freshmade organic roasted tomato sauce with garlic, and fresh herbs, layered between bronze cut Italian lasagna noodles, hand shredded mozzarella, parmesan, monterey jack and cottage cheeses. I do not use pre-shredded cheese containing fillers and anti-caking agents. We hand shed all of the natural imported cheese!

3-4ppl Meat (80% ground beef, 20% no nitrate mild Italian sausage) - $38. I have only 2. *UPDATE SOLD OUT*

Shepherd's Pie - Lean ground beef mixed with organic housemade tomato soup and organic fresh green beans. Topped with garlic mashed potatoes, American and cheddar cheese blend.

Bacon Wrapped Poppers - Stuffed with cream cheese, ground breakfast sausage and wrapped in hickory smoked bacon.

Twice Baked Potatoes - Organic baked red potatoes, stuffed with sour cream, cheese, chives, garlic, French butter and bacon. Ready for their second bake!

Andes Mint Brownies - Imported Belgium chocolate, organic non enriched flour, Andes mint pieces. 3 in a pack.

Thank you to everyone for your orders of my Easter meal! If you celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ I hope you had a blessed day❣️✝️ It was a wonderful beautiful weekend for me, spent with family, for Easter and I celebrated 50 years as well. My birthstone is a diamond. Most women would be so ecstatic to get diamond jewelry from their husbands. My husband took me birthday shopping to the right store and bought me something just as beautiful! I am so excited and can't wait to share the delicious smoked foods with you❣️ To me this stainless steel, non toxic smoker sparkles just like any diamond!
If you've been with me for a while you know I do my own smoking. Comment below on what you would like to see me smoke first!

🌸All pickups and deliveries will be tomorrow 4/3. Pickups will start anytime after 2pm, please. I will be delivering during the day, so if you will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice out for me.
