🌎Where are you from? Long Island, NY
🤔Why do you run/walk? Running is what started my weightloss journey at 16yo. The track/cross country coach for my high school was the kindest man, supported me all the time and my love for running & fitness in general grew and stuck with me
📆How long have you been running? Since high school, so 21yrs
🌞Favorite season to run in? All of them
🏃♀️Preferred surface? Tread or flat ones lol
👟What are your favorite shoes? No Bull runners
🏋️♀️Are you currently training for anything (next race, distance, speed, endurance)? DEKA Mile in Dec, Hyrox in Houston,TX in February and I'm sure there will be some Spartans following that
🤩What has been your favorite race so far and why? The HYROX in October. It pushed me SO far out of my comfort zone and I completed it 8min faster than my personal time cap. It showed me I'm capable of SO much!
🥳How has RTCL helped you stay motivated? This group is INCREDIBLE! The men/women who run all of these marathons, half marathons and longer are truly inspiring. I love that everyone shares their goods AND bad experiences during training
🏅What is your ultimate goal or dream race? Once upon a time it was to run the NYC marathon. I truly don't think I have it in me to commit to that much running now. So I'm going to go with finishing the NYC Hyrox in a pro women's time (think 1hr 15min and less 😳)
3️⃣Tell me 3 things you can’t run without. Music, wireless headphones, watch
⛽️Favorite running fuel? Fasted
🎧With or without music? With, always
📻Your best song to run to, the one that pumps you up and pushes you. I have a few... Turn Down for What,
