📣 Important Update + Pork Steak Contest Details! 🥩🔥

🚨 No Friday Cooks Meeting!
We are skipping the Friday 5 PM cooks meeting because we don’t want to take you away while you are cooking your pork steak.

Now, for all you Pork Steak warriors, here’s what you need to know for Friday night’s turn-in:

👉 Pick Up Your Steak: Check-in with Jody on the south side of the Arena to grab your 1-inch, bone-in, thick-cut pork steak. You must cook the one provided—no substitutes allowed!
👉 Cook It Your Way: Whether it’s a grill, smoker, or another fire source, the technique is all yours.
👉 Turn-In: Friday, 7:00–7:30 PM. Deliver the whole steak with the bone, no garnish, in the foil-lined box.
👉 Judging Criteria: Scores are based on appearance, taste, and tenderness. Remember, judges will use plastic utensils.

Join us Saturday morning for:
