Every few weeks as I’m doing an incredible amount of laundry, I tell myself that “Next time, I’ll stay on top of things and do it every other day”.

Then guess what happens 🙃…?

Old habits die hard, but a lovely space for laundry - and even a morning cup of coffee while checking emails- makes those bad habits pretty enjoyable.

If you need a sign to update your bathroom, here it is. This beautiful space is small, but a powerhouse. It’s serves as the bathroom and shower for the family and is the main bathroom for guests. What a statement it makes! I can’t get over it.

Mad props to who got every angle I thought would be impossible to get. 💥

I’m excited to be shooting a pretty bathroom today with that I’ve wanted to share for quite some time. Of course, I went back into my archives to see other bathrooms I’ve styled and had to hard some of these faves. More to come from my own projects soon!

Amongst the remodels, renovations, furniture layouts, and tile orders,I still try to squeeze in the styling and decorating projects that I love so much. I prepped and guided as she created her own fall table and added seasonal touches to her dining space. A mix of glass, texture, terracotta, candlesticks, and stems…. It’s easy to do with an arsenal like Juliet’s (and a really good TJ’s floral haul!).

And, of course, made sure to bring her A Game when capturing it all.

week ago today, I was flying back west from a trip I’ve been looking forward to for nearly a year. Photos don’t do the coastal scenery or New England turn of leaves justice. And there is no way a grid can depict the charm of this place or the laughter and happiness it brought. Plum Island, you have officially made this girl a fan of the Atlantic Coast. What a dream.

I’m living in bathroom land these days… if you can believe this, I’m either designing or consulting on 8 different bathrooms at the moment. 8!!!

That’s a lot of tile. And a lot of plumbing. And hardware. And… the list goes on. Lucky for me, it’s eventually also a lot of styling. 🪄

That’s the fun part. Like when I worked with the flawless and on this stunner of a bathroom.

There are pumpkins at the store, Halloween candy in the aisles, and it’s already Christmas at Costco. BUT here’s your reminder that some of us are still very much in outdoor dining season. Stretch it out as long as you can.

Also, green might be the perfect color for this time of year. Pair it with blue and it’s summery, pair it with orange hues, and it’s very Fall. Choose which season to lean into.

I’m a “it’s summer until Sept. 22” gal myself. ☺️

I’ve wrapped up all the summer things, sent two not-so-little kiddos off to school, and am diving into a lot of fun ahead.

Before those updates come, here’s a fun little styling opp I was lucky enough to participate in completely virtually while I was in my summer era.

Yes, styling virtually is possible. You need FaceTime, quick shipping, and an excellent executor.

Oh, just a fun little share of a shoot I was lucky enough to style with my work wife, and my go-to Bay Area interior photographer . This primary bed and bath were so calming, settled in a home with vineyard views, and designed to perfection. Dream Home. Dream Team.

Sometimes this traditional gal gets asked to style shoots for homes in totally different- but just as beautiful- styles. The architectural details, design, and vibes of this Berkeley home were just so good. knocked it out of the park. And, did I mention the view?

Couldn’t have done it without . She brings her A game each time, and even fruit props from her own backyard 🍊!

Here’s to pushing ourselves, and saying YES to fun new opportunities.

There have been many bookcases in my life as of late— From assisting with these beauties, to helping plan out built-ins for a new construction project, to helping a designer friend get hers photo ready for a shoot, I have to say it really might be my favorite sport 😂
