Our Story
As Events and Marketing Specialists, we cultivate the creation and development of large-scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, and/or conventions. We take the time to study a brand, identify its target audience, devising the event concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event.
We work with a vast variety of industries, charitable organizations, and interest groups who hold events in order to market themselves, build business relationships, raise money, or celebrate achievement.
During the process of planning and coordinating an event we are directly responsible for budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third-party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event is different in its nature, so the process of planning & executing each event differs on the basis of the type of event.
We will always have an onsite event manager who plans and executes the event, taking responsibility for the creative, technical, and logistical elements. This includes overall event design, brand building, marketing and communication strategy, audio-visual production, scriptwriting, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, and client service.
