1) Handle full set accounts for monthly closing and financial reports preparation;

2) Communicate and liaise with the auditor, company secretary, lawyers, bankers and government agencies;

3) Monthly Accruals listing, prepayments and fixed assets listing on a monthly basis;

4) Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis;

5) Posting and processing of journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded;

6) Preparation of AR & AP aging report on a monthly basis;

7) To prepare and coordinate on year-end audit schedule, documents and taxation matters, work closely with audit firm;

8) Ensure all sales and collections are posted in a timely manner;

9) Preparation of budget and forecast
Preparation of product costing analysis;

10) Any other duties may be assigned from time to time by management;

Requirements:

1) Diploma Holder in Accounting and Finance related or equivalent;

2) Minimum 1 year relevant experiences;

3) Excellent numerical, analytical and technical skills;

4) Planning, organizing and implementation skills;

5) IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc);

6) Must have a sense of urgency in completion of tasks;

(1) Plan, develop, & implement marketing strategy including social media marketing, email marketing (eDM), content marketing & copywriting, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing, online reputation marketing & etc.
(2) Strategize & manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing and R&D team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
(3) Planning content and marketing strategies to help drive engagement, traffic and leads
(4) Implement & manage social media marketing ads/campaigns and any other digital marketing activities with report & performance analysis
(5) Understand and leverage Google Analytics and Google AdWords to leverage data in marketing decision-making with a focus on growth.

Requirements:

(1) In depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google SEO and all aspects of Digital Marketing
(2) A great team player, creative & with sense of humour.
(3) Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
(4) Outstanding copy writing skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
