C-PTSD and other traumas can make us feel broken, heavy, or too much — but God’s light is not afraid of our cracks. In fact, it shines brightest there.

Healing is a journey. Sometimes it’s slow. Sometimes it’s small. But every step, every gentle act of care toward yourself, is sacred to God. ✨

💛 Take a moment today: sit with your scars, offer them to God, and let His light touch the places you’ve felt most broken.
