POLICY:

$40 deposit to reserve rental date. Deposit is nonrefundable within 14 days of the rental (except for severe weather, see below.) Remaining balance due at time of delivery. I accept cash, Venmo, Facebook money transfer, Paypal, cash app, Apple Pay, Zelle or credit card. Add a 3.5% transaction fee for credit card.

For the weekend, we deliver Friday and pickup by Monday. Weekdays, Monday through Thursday, up to 3 days.

Severe Weather policy, abbreviated version: The day prior to delivery, we will discuss options. Typically, the deposit will be reimbursed. However, once the inflatable is delivered, no refunds. I reserve the right to cancel the rental, due to severe weather. Blowers must be off when winds exceed 15 mph.

Free delivery within my 15 mile radius, I am located in Bridge City. I charge a variable delivery and pickup fee outside of my 15 mile radius.

Delivery location requirements and preferences:
1. Gated locations must have a minimal 4’ width entrance.

2. Electrical outlet/power needed within 100’ from inflatable location.

3. Water hose available upon request.

4. Mow grass at least 3 days prior to delivery.

5. Remove pet waste from delivery site.
