How you can help break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health…

💬 Reach out to someone you think might be struggling, even if you feel a bit awkward about it. Sometimes all someone needs is a wee chat.
🏆 Become a Release champion and fundraise for us! Join an organised fundraising event like Kiltwalk or come up with an idea of your own.
🗣️ Bring up in conversation the topic of mental health more often and talk about it openly - everyone has mental health!
