I offer both in-home and drop-off services for weekly customers, as well as special events for groups of 2-10. In addition to working with personal trainers, medical doctors, and individuals to provide guidance and instruction on nutrition, I have also been awarded Top Personal Chef in Rhode Island and Southern New England, as well as #1 Nutrition Professional in Rhode Island. Established in 2010, Dinner By Josef - A Personal Chef Service was born from my passion for wholesome, nutritious cooking and creating a business doing what I love. With 12 long-term families I provide weekly service for, as well as dinner parties, cooking lessons, romantic dinners for two, and other small events, I strive for perfection in both cuisine and service. Menus are deliciously diverse and prepared to your taste according to your dietary needs and personal preferences. I take care of all menu planning, grocery shopping, food preparation, and service, with your approval, including the budget. I get inspired every time I get one of these!

What a fun and unique experience -- to celebrate my Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary this year!

Chef Josef came to our home and prepared a delectable three-course meal!

I could not have picked a better late summer entree, thank you for your guidance and feedback Josef ... as we hammered out a menu!

We started with fresh bruschetta on toasted crostinis, followed by a yummy garden salad and then on to the main course - Tagliata di Manzo over a bed of arugula with tomato bursts, asparagus and seasoned potatoes - everything was so delicious!

Thank you - Josef - it was indeed a wonderful evening!

I want to take on another customer for my weekly dinner meal prep. I send out my weekly menu of entrées with sides / salads, and you reply with your choices, I do all the prep, cooking, cleaning, packaging, and delivery to your home. Easy peas!

It was a wonderful night! Brian really enjoyed his birthday dinner and our kids ate peas!!! lol. Everything was exquisite!!
