Carly & Evan in Tuscany 🌿 When Jacquelyn’s niece, Carly and her fiancé, Evan started wedding planning we didn’t know where, but knew they wanted a destination wedding to give their guests a once in a lifetime experience. We considered Hawaii, somewhere in the Caribbean but ultimately nothing could compare to the enchanting Tuscan hill town of Cortona and the heavenly landscape of Villa Montanare. Surrounded by 30 of their closest family and friends, their entire wedding weekend was a full of love, excitement, Aperol spritzes and plenty of pasta. Our owner, Jacquelyn didn’t sleep for a week leading up to their weekend worried about the weather and final design touches (yes, to all of our couples we worry about the same things you do and yes, we have back up plans but your weddings mean the world to us so we take on the stress for you) but with the help of an amazing team of Italy based wedding professionals and Senior Planner, Cassie from our team it all came together exactly how we dreamt it up ✨ Please enjoy part 1 of 100 ✨

People ask us what makes the biggest difference in making a space look unique. We say chairs, they look confused, it’s a whole thing. The truth is…the most beautiful venues get the most views and circulation on social media leading to the many weddings happening at the most beautiful venues can tend to look quite similar to one another. Why? The simplest and most basic answer. CHAIRS! When you host 100, 150, 200 or 250 guests, yes renting chairs can add up quickly but it’s also one decision that will change a familiar space into something completely unique! We see 100 to 200 chairs in ceremony photographs and 100 to 200 in reception photographs…chairs are *literally* in 80% of organic/candid photographs.
