Mr. Haynes BBQ Catering Mr. Haynes BBQ Catering Chef’s Justan and Jeremy turned their love of barbecue and soul food into Mr.

Haynes Barbecue, a catering company founded in 2008 in honor of their late grandfather Otis Haynes. Otis Haynes owned a successful barbecue restaurant named A & J BBQ in Oakland, CA on 8217 east 14Th street, now Holiday Fish. The company grew through word of mouth and reputation of having authentic barbeque, great sauces and out of this world sides. In 2008 it was time to bring that tradition to the central valley so the twin chefs decided to take the BBQ on the road.
