I fell in love with the process of wedding planning when working at Reverie Gallery in Greenwich, Connecticut, and I never looked back! My appetite for detailed beautiful events was honed in Martha’s Vineyard working at The Harbor View as their event coordinator. There, I learned the calm and poise, skill in planning, attention to detail, and hard work it takes to create a flawless, memorable even
t. I also worked at Bright Party Rentals, San Diego Style Weddings Magazine, and a few other companies in between. Before starting my business, I wanted to get a little taste of what each vendor's job entailed. It was important to me to learn all the basic fundamentals about building an event, not just learning how to make a place setting look pretty. I wanted to learn how to set up a tent and be out in the field taking notes on how to create my future client's dream weddings. This may sound a little extra, but having all this knowledge helped my company grow so quickly. I remember my first day at work, I made a collage of all my dreams and goals for Timeless, which I hung up above my desk. Each morning I would sip my coffee and “get after it”. My first year was a hit, and that’s when I knew I had found my dream career. Little did I know that only a few years later, I would open a location in San Francisco and eventually Martha’s Vineyard. It was crazy to think that my little business started as just a collage hanging above my desk. I was known as the bi-coastal wedding planner living my best life. However, in 2020, when the pandemic hit, we needed to change our business model. We decided to leave the West Coast and move to Martha’s Vineyard full time. At first, I was devastated, thinking that everything we created was about to change drastically, but I can confidently say everything happened for a reason. I couldn’t be happier living on this island and having my family so close. My sister, Samantha, has even joined our team as our social media manager and day of assistant. You will also see my parents helping out from time to time as they always love seeing that we have created. Creating and designing the most stunning weddings on Martha’s Vineyard is a complete dream come true.

Hello!! We are back in the office 😊 This month we are working hard on finalizing wedding invitations and starting all the pretty day of stationery designs for our June brides!! 2024 is going to be stunning with lot’s of patterns and colors… you know, our favorite 🫶🏼

& that’s a wrap 2023! Back to the land where palm trees grow until March. Wish us luck on our 5am flight tomorrow 🫣 This is Taylor’s 8th flight and I still panic every time.. oh and Ellie is coming too (woof) . Elizabeth and Josh kept telling us we needed to have the biggest dance floor because their friends are wild... so we made it happened! To make this layout even better we had greenery and lanterns hanging everywhere which made for a beautiful evening!

Counting down the days until we are back in California!! We have a few new Instagram friends so wanted to do a quick recap of how we landed on this little island and why we travel in the winter!
I worked at the Harbor View Hotel in the events department and fell in love with the pool boy from CA in 2014. After a few months of knowing him, I packed up my stuff and moved across the country to San Diego where Timeless began in 2015. On the side while starting Timeless we worked at so I could understand how to build a wedding from the ground up... hence my love for tented weddings. A few years later (2019) we moved to Sausalito thinking this would be our forever home. A quick year and a half later we packed our bags again within one week and moved back to the island where we got married and decided to have little baby Taylor. We are still trying to figure out where our forever home will be which is why we like to explore different areas in the winter. In 8 days we are headed to visit Bobby’s parents in Gilrory (yes, the garlic capital of the world) then down the Santa Barbara until March 16th! Can’t wait to explore the area and meet new industry friends 🫶🏼

Why do we love tented private estate weddings so much? It's the joy of creating lasting memories within the comfort of your own home. Take, for example, Maeve and Connor, who, after the ceremony, headed back to her family residence for a quiet moment together. Every time they stroll through that front door, they will be reminded of that special moment. This hits close to home for me, having eloped on my family's dock on the Vineyard. Whenever I walk out there or spend time with Taylor, the memories of that day come rushing back. When considering wedding venues, the idea of hosting at your own home becomes even more appealing, knowing that each return visit will bring back those moments.

So excited to see this wedding on ✨ Brittany and Josh we LOVE ya! Back in 2020 I sat on Fuller Street Beach talking with my husband about how I wanted to put on a wedding at this property. Six months later, I received a call from Brittany inquiring about my planning services (not knowing each other). When she started deceiving where she lived I immediately knew it was my dream house. So happy the stars aligned and we were able to work together, become friends and now have this incredible feature together 🫶🏼
