PRIVATE MEAL PREPARATION LESSONS
You will receive private 2-Hour meal preparation lessons in the comfort of your own home. All students will receive a customized meal plan, grocery list and your first set of freezer containers. Meals will be based on your desired goals and dietary needs without skimping on taste, flavor or variety. You’ll learn proper food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, menu planning and mastering the art of short order cooking. We will provide the food for each class. Plan A (2) hr class costs $125 week
Plan B (2) hr class costs $160 week

2GO WEEKLY MEALS
2Go Weekly meals come prepackaged in freezer to microwavable containers. These Full & Half Portion meals are Heat & Eat Ready and delivered/picked up every Sunday or Monday. Choose from:
-HEART HEALTH MENU (Low Salt, Low Fat)
Meals include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and some dairy
-PESCATARIAN MENU (Plant Based w/ Fish & Seafood)
Meals include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains with fish, seafood and some dairy. Modified Pescatarian Menu can include Turkey and Chicken as additional protein options
-MLBOH's SIGNATURE MEALS MENU
Meals are created from some of our signature dishes and options vary from week to week based on your preferences.
