Matty Carville and Sam Joel wanted an out-of-the-box wedding, so they brought New Orleans to the Shenandoah Valley for a bold tented reception with a jewel-toned palette, peacock accents, fortunes, and tarot cards as a nod to the fact that a psychic predicted they would meet as soulmates.
