This new chapter has inspired me to create a menu to offer postpartum mommas delicious & wholesome meals to help heal the body and nourish the soul. These would be ready-made meals that you can stock your freezer with, thaw and reheat when you are ready. Soups, Stews, Casserole’s, and other homey comforting meals, for you and the whole family to enjoy and help transition you through a whole new world.
