ough the planning process, and really listens to your ideas, thoughts and feelings is very important to us. Your event is about you, and we make sure that it ends up that way. Once you have booked us, we sit down with you to make up a roadmap of your event. We will discuss the colors, themes, approximate number of guests, and more to help give you and I an idea about your event. Following this meeting, we will begin to put together your event specification folder, which will include recommended vendors you will need for your event. From here we will have numerous emails, phone calls, and meetings up to your event to ensure everything is exactly how you pictured. This is not the end, we do more than just take care of all the details before the event. On the day of your event, we are the first to arrive and typically the last to leave. We take care of the organization, decorating and everything in between making sure everything is exactly as you had pictured. We look forward to working with you on your upcoming event. Sincerely,
