Best (or worst) part about being a Chef/Baker is that a hot, fresh baked cookie is always available in 16 minutes, because there is always cookie dough in the freezer when you want something sweet late at night.

Yesterday I made sausage and white bean soup with tri-colored orecchiette and spinach for Today I added sauteed mushrooms, a few poached shrimp and a sprinkle of parmesean and romano cheese😋
