Lucy Bowman is the Designer Florist for Buds Bows and Balloons, she trained at Moulton College where she was awarded the National Diploma in Floristry, with Distinction. She has been a Florist since she was 16 and has a wide knowledge of flowers and foliage. Lucy has entered UK Skills competitions where she has reached the regional finals.
