Every year, I ask folks for feedback on the festival. Special thanks to Hilary M who suggested that having the Balloons and Facepainting in different tents would me the lineups wouldn't block the walkway through.

If YOUR kids have ideas - please tell me at the festival, send me a DM if you want, write feedback and submit it to the Fringe HQ. Let's let them have their voices be heard and make a difference.

Erik de Wall has held young audiences spellbound for years. I'm in shock hearing of his sudden departure. This world is less colourful now. May we all hold our loved ones tightly today, and tell a story to honour this fine performer.

Today we have MPi with bicycle safety, and the Winnipeg Public Library, Body art and Balloons by Funtastic, storytelling, physical theatre skills workshops and the River City Sabres
