About Chef Mary Jeffries

A graduate from the Culinary Institute of Canada (2001), Mary Jeffries is classically trained in the preparation of French and Italian food and was the valedictorian of her class. Mary received her Red Seal chef papers in 2003 and has worked in various restaurant and dining establishments all over Canada, acting in roles as a prep cook, line cook, sous chef, executive che

f, and kitchen manager along the way. She has now settled in her hometown of Fredericton and is pleased to announce the establishment of Comfort Catering. About Comfort Catering

We have come a loooooong way! We want to say thank you to all of the family and friends who have helped along the way! Getting things started helping do deliveries, washing dishes, book keeping, picking up groceries and so many more things! Thank you to the employees and co-op students for working so hard and helping in so many ways
