A graduate from the Culinary Institute of Canada (2001), Mary Jeffries is classically trained in the preparation of French and Italian food and was the valedictorian of her class. Mary received her Red Seal chef papers in 2003 and has worked in various restaurant and dining establishments all over Canada, acting in roles as a prep cook, line cook, sous chef, executive che
