It feels like it's been a while since we've posted something on our feed! We've been busy with planning and executing tons of special events, intimate dinners and corporate meetings. So here's a little treat for you this Tuesday afternoon. Our classic quiche filled with rich goat cheese, perfectly caramelized onions and a sprinkle of thyme are a perfect snack for any event!

It's been a wild summer so far, and with August only beginning, I'm excited to see what the next month will bring. I'm so lucky to have become a regular vendor at The O'Neill Senior Centre, and in addition to all your custum catering orders, It has been a busy few months. I'm looking forward to your fall weddings and events, but remember to book early as my weekends in September have already started to book.
There's something so special about using fresh local and seasonal ingredients that just elevate even the most basic recipes. I used farm fresh strawberries from and some rhubarb from my mom and dad's garden to make this super yummy strawberry rhubarb crumble. What are your favourite summer ingredients?

Panna Cotta is an italian dessert made from sweetened cream and gelatin. Often flavoured with vanilla, but you can infuse the cream with different flavours or add toppings! This panna cotta is made with vanilla beans and topped with Luxardo cherries. How would you flavour your panna cotta?

Today Ontario moves into the next phase of reopening. That means, gathering restrictions have increased to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors, which ultimately means, parties are back! We can not wait to get back in your homes and help plan and execute all your intimate events. From baby showers, themed parties or even just a fancy dinner party, we make it happen. With newly announced lockdown measures and rapidly spreading variants of the virus, it can seem like this will never end. We can only try to stay positive as we prepare for a winter of restrictions and online learning. Back to cozy nights in, lazing on the couch and eating our feelings. I'm working on adding a "build your own charcuterie" to the website, but in the meanwhile, we love creating your custom orders. What are some of your quarantine cravings?
Cheers to the New Year! Feeling super thankful for all those who supported me this year by purchasing goods and services, leaving reviews, referring your friends and by showing your live on social media. I know it hasn't been an easy year for any of us, but looking forward to the challenges and rewards that 2022 has to bring. What are you looking forward to in 2022?
