White Oak Event Venue and Lodging sits on 70 acres nestled in the gorgeous rolling hills of Ruston, Louisiana. Once family land, now a space to celebrate big life moments and bring guests together. The venue’s vaulted ceilings, grand staircases, custom chandeliers, and exposed beams provide the perfect canvas for any event. For weddings, upstairs you will find bride and groom “get ready” suites. S

tep outside onto the veranda and overlook a beautiful pond and large white oak trees. Tucked to the side of the venue, sits an open air covered chapel. This makes for a charming outdoor backdrop for your ceremony. If you want to extend your stay, drive around the pond and you will find four guest houses. Cottage, The Belle Cottage, and White Oak Guest House. After attending an event, these on site houses are perfect to come back and relax. White Oak Guest House includes a pool to soak up some sun on a nice summer day. Schedule a tour with us! We would love to show you around.

We had the honor of hosting the Cedar Creek WHITE HOUSE DINNER.
We had the honor of hosting the Cedar Creek WHITE HOUSE DINNER.

We had the honor of hosting the Cedar Creek WHITE HOUSE DINNER. A Cedar Creek fourth grade tradition since 1988. The fourth graders at Cedar Creek learn proper etiquette throughout the year and use this event to practice what they have learned. They also had the opportunity to hear from some of our local leaders including City of Ruston Mayor, Ronny Walker, former Louisiana State Representative and current staff of Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser, Mike Walsworth, and Judge Bruce Hampton along with Cedar Creek leadership about our country’s government and opportunities. We enjoyed hosting this fun group of students for this event! 🎥 Estevan Garcia Jr. Cedar Creek

White Oak Venue

My husband and I began this journey in 2017. It took two, long years not only to design and finish this journey but also to realize why it was to be. It was revealed to me in March of 2017 that I was to build this. At the time, God just said for His Glory, our good, and to unite families.

God has a way of changing not only us or people that we know and love but also others and their hearts as well. White Oak was never meant for capital gain for us, it was always meant for something greater than what Dustin and I could’ve imagined. Through this adventure, we get to not only meet couples from all over, we also get to love them. We get to know them and their families, we get to see them grow as a couple, we get to reveal tips that have worked for us and our 17 years as a slice of the “secret to a successful marriage” that the world can never give them.

Through this journey we’ve quickly come to realize... It is about serving God and others.. That’s It.. That Simple.. Luke 12:48 says, “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” Our hope is that those that book with us and even others who don’t, you can pray for us and what God’s desire for White Oak will be and for our couples and those to come.
