Sometimes as young busy moms we need to be forced to slow down and linger with our kids. Today was perfect for that thanks to Back to School Bunny Brunch.
These countdown paper chains by were an engaging activity for older kids. How are we already at the countdown phase?! 😳

Went more pop star than Eras tour for this Taylor Swift party due to a quick 4 day turn around. 🎤🦋❤️ This client had lots going on and it was a joy to help ease some of the decision fatigue for this 6 person party.

This 4th of July 🇺🇸is sneaking up real fast. I can hardly fathom summer is almost half over. We are so glad we’re able to soak up these moments together.
We’re heading to our vacation house….a.k.a Gram’s for the 4th. Lake Michigan is calling our name! ❤️

A favorite childhood story makes for a great party theme! This one was given as a Christmas book and became a family favorite. If you haven’t read it… add to cart. You’ll enjoy it as much as your kid.
A simple way to elevate your kid’s party:
🟨 Add a patterned or colorful tablecloth or runner to a main table
🟦 Add a party sign in a frame or on an easel in the center of the table
🟩 Add at least 3 textures through decor to the table such as paper, plastic, ceramic, or something perishable like fresh flowers or vibrant food
🥳Your guest will be commenting on your party in no time!

Every time I plan my own parties I ask myself constantly….
What am I feeling right now?
Why am I feeling this way?
If needed, what should I do to change my feelings?
These questions help me get to the root of my client’s problems. Parties are stressful for a lot of different reasons. Sometimes panic, anxiety, overwhelm, regret, worry, and nervousness take over. That’s when I force myself to breath slow, ask for assistance, and remember people are more important than things.
Just wrapped up my final spring events season with my son’s 6th birthday at the pool. It was a good one! 🐧🤿

March 1st! How can it be?! ‘Tis the Lucky Charm season! 2 years ago we had a neighborhood St. Patrick’s Scavenger hunt for the 70+ kids. It was perfect for getting the neighbors outside and saying goodbye to winter. ☘️

Who doesn’t want to go to a Glow Party?! I love hearing the wishes of kids for their birthday parties. They are usually not cohesive but they are so creative. Including them in the process is a no brainer! I love to get kid feedback on the vision boards because ultimately we want them to be wowed!

Providing surprise at a gathering is one of my top reasons I love doing what I do. People are drawn in immediately. For this little teacher treat set up it was the unexpected…table cloth, similar dish-ware, and a focal point with a special phrase. If it looks good it must taste good. 😜
