高速發展集團招聘 - 租務部主管

歡迎年輕人加入！混合辦公室與在家工作。經驗不拘！Fresh grad都接受，老闆只睇人！

• 負責管理公司租務運營，為業務主管提供租務協助，銜接後勤與前線，提出建議設立目標優化公司達成我司長期目標。

• 每周督促業務主管團隊與後勤提交所需報告，整合並向公司匯報。每月參與主管會議在寫字樓進行。

•如表現良好可晉升集團租務主管，共同管理其他類型物業租務業務。

職位要求：

• 基本的商業會計知識

• 學歷和工作經驗並非必須，只重視個人特質，細心、有熱誠、穩定情緒、人際關係處理融洽

• 具備良好的英語、廣東話和普通話書寫和口語能力

• 具備良好的MS Word、Excel和中英文字處理能力

待遇:

薪金：$20000以上 (視乎能力)
試用期後可要求調整薪金，應徵者可自行向我司提出爭取。

每年十天大假，無限制無薪假期，預先申請而且不影響項目進度皆可批准。
