Hi everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting but I had some things going on that I needed to fix but I’m back now! Alfajores (Peruvian Style) are two buttery sandwich cookies, filled with manjar blanco (dulce de leche) and sprinkled with powder sugar.
Our alfajores are super soft, they melt in your mouth!
