Henna starts at 10, It's 20 for a palm size piece, 25 for the whole top of hand, 50 for a half sleeve That is on either the top half or bottom half of your forearm. I can also do henna in other places that are similar sizes and pricing.

Energy readings are tapping into your energy body, your nervous system, to figure out what is present and wants to be witnessed, it's a little bit like parts, work, energy, clearings, and helping you feel more grounded and clear in your body, spirit and connected.

Life coaching helps you get clear and sort out whatever problem is in front of you, and it's an hour of me asking questions to help you figure out next steps, make a game plan, or get to the heart of the matter of what's on your mind.

Card readings are intuitive, and are kind of like sharing what the weather is, and what's present, what you might be missing or need to be aware of, I don't really do future telling, but more of helping you get connected and grounded to you, and to be aware of what might be helpful to cultivate and to know moving forward so that you can show up and integrity in your next steps. 🧡

Are you having a hard day? Could you use some encouragement? Here's some love for you to listen to when you need some love and a reminder of your fabulousness!
Three tips on how to listen to your inner voice in case you aren't sure what that looks like.
1. Has there been a time that you listened to your nudge, or your inner knowing, and you knew it? If so what did that feel like, how did you know, was it in your spirit, or in your stomach, or in your heart? What textures, sensations, feelings, or colors come to mind when you think about it?
.
2. Was there time where you did not listen? And then things maybe went a little sideways and you were like I knew I knew I should have done this differently. How did you know? When did you feel that? Can you identify when that was? What did it feel like?
.
3. If you've known something and you went opposite of it, did you feel any dissonance? Did you feel off, or like I know I should be doing this other thing? If so what did that feel like did you feel that in your spirit, or in your body, or in the way you showed up, or the way you spoke?
.
All of this is simply more information for you.
