A few short weeks ago Paige and Jared came out to the studio to capture this highly anticipated time for them both.
So .glad .they .came .when .they .did. The next day a blizzard rolled in AND 3 days later their sweet baby girl decided to come, very early! I think this has happened maybe 2 other times in 12+ years that babe decides to come right after our session. 😅 I got these done in time for our next round +1!

Every once in a while winter ❄️ can be gentle enough to be outside for photos to use the beautiful backdrops winter has to offer. This was one of those mild days! I have had the pleasure of photographing this family for 13 years! We have grown together and I have seen the kids grow since day 1! Fun fact our daughters now play hockey together. It may be close to Christmas but I’m still on an autumn high! I’m thankful to be part of this beautiful Thanksgiving wedding The glowing light hit just right during their outdoor service, lots of laughs and big hugs all around made for a beautiful celebration! Everything from the food,speeches, guests were top notch. I am happy to have got their gallery and coffee table album into their hands in time for Christmas. ❤️

A cozy little Christmas setup was a ton of fun for both family’s and kids! This years setup marked my 10th year of Christmas Minis! It was something different than any of the other years! I’ve had fun thinking about all the setups over the years- from outdoors in blizzards, old green truck, mail Santa a letter to a rustic Christmas and classical Christmas. I enjoyed this years simple and relaxed vibe. Everyone was warm and comfy 🥰

L&A what can I say, a million words come to mind when I think of you and your wedding day! If I could summarize it in a few short words it would be: Intentional, electric and emotional. The way Adam looked at Linnea the entire day, but as he sat during the dance watching Linnea dance with her brothers is a capture I am glad we got. The 2 of you moved naturally and beautifully and could see your full life’s intentions through these photographs. The 2 of you are some of the most sincerest people I’ve met. I love how you, Linnea incorporated and honoured your dad in your vows, ceremony and speeches. We all felt the emotion you poured out and undoubtedly he was there with you! Your wedding party and reception was electric! The toasts, the laughs and dancing was fully alive. Your MC was one of the most entertaining MC’s I’ve heard and the energy was high! Your family’s delivered love and support and could see the love they have for you both! I hope you can relive one of the best days through these photos. Just a glimpse of the love and emotion your day brought to us all. Congratulations!

I captured this wonderful family one beautiful Saturday morning! It was a session gifted to their mom/grandma from her family. A mom of 4 boys now with their families. It.was.so.fun. The amount of dog treats, baby shark and noise we made made for some unmatched memories! I think even the pups are smiling! Such a beautiful family 🍂

Hey all! It’s been a while since I’ve popped on, I’m still coming down from the incredible mountain wedding 🏔️experience from this past weekend and the amazing fall sessions this autumn has brought! It was fabulous and I can’t wait to post images of the incredible couple and families!
In the meantime, a few things- this week is the last week of “fall sessions” I’m incredibly grateful for the extended fall weather we have had! But most of all- for everyone who had me capture their families, newborns and weddings! I have a lot of amazing fall family and newborn sessions in the queue and 2 October weddings I can’t wait to get at! I’m feeling in good shape and hope to have everyone’s fall sessions back to them soon! I handpick and edit each photo. I know art takes time and a piece of my soul goes into every session. So thank you for the patience and opportunities you all have given me 🧡
As I shift from fall, this brings me to Christmas sessions! I didn’t announce or post Christmas sessions and only booked by request. I have filled next weekend for indoor studio cozy sessions. I know it’s not ideal for all but due to availability I only have a few more sessions and have added Tuesday, Nov 19th for Christmas minis. I’m excited for this year’s setup as I’ve never done a cozy/pj/bedroom Christmas set! Also, next week I’ll be working with to help them launch their Christmas products.
