Today's Tuesday Tip of the day may seem boring and simple, but it truly can make or break an Event!
✨-Things WILL go wrong during an event. Staying positive helps you remain in the moment so you can continue to enjoy your event (the pros will handle it!)
✨-Focus on those details you love and more will follow. If you fixate on blue cars, you see more blue cars....make the blue cars appear at your event! Fixate on the beauty and that's all you will notice.
✨-Your guests will absolutely not notice even half the things you may consider stressing about anyway. They are focused on the fun, so they are having fun!
✨-In the end, you will mainly remember the fun moments. Unless it's a huge hiccup, you most likely won't even remember it! Stay in the moment and stay positive so you have more good times to remember. 🥂

This goes for the vendor team as well! When the staff and vendors remain positive no matter what, everything goes more smoothly. We always make sure to smile through the chaos and we KNOW we have a solution to basically any problem. Confidence, Experience, and Positive thoughts are what we run on and why Events run smoothly!

Table setting series: The Family table
Our final post for the Mediterranean table setting series showcases the Family style aspect of this table!
No assigned seats, just a highlight space for our bride and groom. We always leave the seats across from the person(s) of honor open (no chairs) so the photographer can get clear shoots! Otherwise the whole goal is to create togetherness and family.
From one long family table, to family style dining, this was everything it needed to be to create an elegant yet personal experience!

Table setting series: The Entree

The entree is absolutely the big show, the main event, the make or break of the dinner! It is key to serve up options that will wow your guests. Not everyone talks about the decorations, but EVERYONE talks about the food!

For this Mediterranean family dinner, we opted for Reverse Seared Teres Major, Chimichurri Chicken, and Roasted Salmon with a fermented honey drizzle. Not only did the color of the food complement the entire design, it tasted SOOOOO GOOD!

You eat with your eyes first, then you get to taste the food. Make sure your meal does both!

Table Series day 3! The Mediterranean Family Style dinner table 🪴🌅🌊

✨ Let's add the sides!! Food is art y'all! When it looks this good, we like to show it off. We used the same colors of the design in the food. Turmeric Rice (see yesterday's pics!) is a beautiful gold yellow, Balsamic Brussel Sprouts add beautiful greens to the mix and even the pita and tzatiki added back into our neutral base tones.

✨ Family style dying creates conversation! Passing the food, seeing what's on each side of the table etc. It's not only beautiful but functional.

✨ Even the favors were part of the art! An edible color pop favor with tangerines 🍊 and the cutest mini potted plants to add various shades of greens and depth throughout. Every detail was meticulously chosen to create a seamless design throughout!

Stay tuned tomorrow to see the main dishes and how it all came together!
