It’s not just food we provide.
We’re fortunate enough to be connected to some world renowned performers.

So if you’re looking for an acrobat or food and a performance. DM us for details.
The whole booking process was very easy and straightforward.

I had very swift responses to my first contact, in a very friendly and professional manner.

With what I had planned I needed a lot of information for ordering a custom made outfit. The performer was very patient and reassuring over the months, with a manner that was so friendly it was as though talking to an old friend.
The event was wonderful, with the performer giving such a focused and enthusiastic set, with additional personal focus on my son who is deaf blind and severely disabled.
The performer gave my son such a special experience, making him really feel special.

The performer also engaged with the whole hall and involved them with his display.

I would highly recommend both the website for very easy booking and also the performer for his kindness and professionalism.

Thank you so much for making my amazing boy feel special, which was exactly what I wanted for him xx

Craving our slow cooked beef brisket tostadas right now… 😋

Worth a mention as our Barbacoa Beef Brisket topping works well in a bitseize version.

All our Tostada Toppings can be created in Canapés.

Lettuce Cups with creamed corn & jalapeño make a great vegan option.

Tortilla pin wheels are a great centrepiece.

For dessert why not enjoy our mango & sticky rice canapés.

🌮 Moros y Cristianos- roughly translated from mexican to english as rice & beans! A new addition to our buffet menu.

Traditional long grain rice: cooked in mexican spices. Full of fresh colourful veg, black beans, topped with cilantro.
Chorizo sprinkles on the side.
Soured Cream to drizzle.

A perfect compliment to our tostadas. Nachos & guacamole. Red pepper slaw. Salad.

We do our best to be as sustainable & planet thoughtful as possible.

You can recycle, reuse & repurpose our bowls & platters. Some are also compostable.

Our Chilli n Rice is either meat based or plant based.
Our meat is 95% beef and our plant based version features a mince substitute and delicious butternut squash chunks.
Each is equally delicious.

🌸MEXICAN TOSTADA WEDDING BUFFET🌸

An important element of catering for a wedding or private party for us here at Pad Cha & Chilli, is developing the buffet colour scheme to go with the wedding colour theme.

First of all we attempt to be as sustainable as possible, so our street food plates, bowls, cutlery & tostada/coleslaw platters are recyclable & compostable. (Our little bit for the planet.)

The colour scheme for this wedding on the left was ‘wildflowers’ cornflower blue, yellow & red. So we added our own touch by using bright yellow bowls full of our vegan chilli & rice, bamboo tongs & stainless steel serving cutlery. Again, suitable for recycling or repurposing.

We want to make sure that what we create and serve at your event is special to your occasion.
