If you’re looking for a doula, I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend Heather from Magnolia Tree Doula LLC unless you want to just be scammed out of your money and left alone during labor and postpartum.
We were completely understanding when she had to reschedule prenatal visits due to illness, and then even sympathetic and understanding when she canceled extremely last minute on coming to the hospital while in labor due to a sick child.
Heather then promised us half our money back and photos within the first 48 hours after our son was born. She failed to provide either of those things. Our son is now 2 weeks old and Heather has blocked our number and pages when we reached out about the refund and to express our disappointment in her not honoring taking photos, so now we know she won’t be honoring the postpartum part of her contract either.
We can provide screenshots of proof if you’re wanting more information on our experience.

I’m sure many have noticed that we have not scheduled events for the remainder of 2023. We haven’t quit, but we are taking a hopefully short break from hosting vendor events as we are trying to grow our family. We will be doing Ivf in Colorado and it’s a very last minute notification on when transfers and appointments are.

We don’t want to schedule events until we are pregnant as we don’t think it is fair to have to last minute cancel events if we have to travel for our Ivf appointments.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we take this step back from events for a minute and we look forward to hosting many more events in the future!

URGENT UPDATE FOR MARCH 13TH EVENT--
Good afternoon,

We, unfortunately have to cancel the event this weekend. We are extremely sorry about this late notice, but we just received this news from the venue.

"Unfortunately, we had a pipe burst, due to the nature of the break it does affect the Grand Ballroom hallway where your event was to take place. The hotel has a mitigation company out here and there are large portions of the wall coming out today. At this point due to safety concerns, we will not be able to have your event here."

Again, we apologize for this, but unfortunately it is out of anyone's control.

If you ever get a message from our company, it will come from either Kendra Saylor or Grace Stoa. We will NEVER ask for payment via PayPal, FB Pay, Venmo, etc. Please let us know if you come across anyone trying to use our name to scam anyone. Thanks!

Our COVID-19 plan for our future events.

- We can have up to 250 people at a time at this event. We will be counting people in and out at the entrance to stay within this number.
- We will be allowing 6ft of space between each vendor booth as well as adding extra aisle space for customers.
- We are encouraging all vendors and customers to wear masks.
- We will be switching our drawing from paper forms to an online form.

We are very excited to finally be able to have events again. If you have any questions, please let us know.

We received an email from our venue for the August 8th event stating that we can have the event as planned as long as we maintain social distancing! We will be sending am updated layout/social distancing plan to all our vendors by the end of this week. Thank you all for hanging in with us!
