Thank you, KiKa Hilversum City Run
According to the stats, I've run 10 KM (6,2 miles) in almost an hour. For me, it's definitely a new personal record.

But what counts is that from start to finish, I ran with pace, not too bad stamina, some pace and control, no stops/breaks in between.

What can you expect, everything what you need!

The official opening of 3X3 Unites HQ was a huge success.

My eyes lit up, it looks absolutely amazing. What the 3x3 Unites team did with the place, words cannot describe how marvellous it looks.

Had the pleasure to play some background music, but that is a small detail.

I've listened to great stories and future plans. I can't say anything yet about it, but it's dope and I cannot wait!

Well, that was a scary situation.

I've seen a lot, witnessed a lot, but not experienced a lot.
And what I've experienced was, in my opinion, probably the scariest experience what my body has ever been through.

Little backstory: Started Saturday, not feeling 100%, but I've saved strength to see my daughter take her first dance lesson. After that, my body said, "Rest now." Sunday, still no progress. Then came Monday.

My daughter is also not 100% at home. In the afternoon, I had to pick my son from school, knowing that I'm not 100%, and I saved strength again.

My daughter & I are walking towards school, with ease. As we were standing in front of the doors, disaster strikes, I felt the ground shaking underneath my feet. Forehead sweating, my arms feeling very numb. School teachers offered me water and barely took one sip.

As the kids could stay at a friends house, I had to go to the doctor a.s.a.p.
Ran a couple of tests, then the doctor told me it could be meningitis, in Dutch, "hersenvliesontsteking." It scared the living hell out of me. Now I must go to the first aid immediately, also a check up there. Results came back & luckily is just a virus, influenza type A.

I feel that my body took a hard hit. Rest is key. Patience is key. Hopefully, I'll be back very soon at 100%.

🤩 I'm lost for words✌🏾

This was the photo what I've took at the FIBA3x3 Cebu Masters Tournament, it was officially done.

First time visiting the Philippines 🇵🇭 Holding it down with the E-crew, my partner in crime, Big time producer Yung Bawal and the masters of ceremony in the Philippines, Knowa Lazarus [Q-York] & 🎤

This tournament was absolutely madness, Team Manilla reached the quarters. UB got their behind kicked. Amsterdam, losing by a lost shot floater 😮‍💨. Miami was the winner winner chicken dinner by a legendary shot from the Jimmer man.

When I arrived in China, I've felt like a fish in the unknown sea. But standing at the gate were Don (No Instagram) and the Maggie! It's the little things that were taken care of. Like getting drinks or WiFi and tournament questions. You were both working hard and still did it with understanding and a smile!

No matter if you are near, or far.
We are one big happy basketball family, and there is always room for more members.

Hopefully, we will see each other very soon!

My first time at China was a week to remember. Because the Wi-Fi at the hotel could not be done without a VPN, I now have the possibility to share my experience in China.

About last Saturday, 3x3 Basketball Netherlands, in combination with 3X3 Pro, the first stop at Gemeente Den Haag, I had the honours to spin at this 3x3 event in the Netherlands. Those who missed it, on the 25th of june, the second stop will be held at Gemeente Hilversum
