Ever heard of E150c?

Well it is often in that packet of gravy granules along with such delights as modified corn starch!

Our gravy is made slowly from the roasted bones of our meats and roasted veg, only thickens with plain flour or cornflour if you are gluten intolerant.

All our beef comes from an award winning Red Poll herd - grass fed in the Tas Valley, Norfolk

Fancy a twist on a festive lunch?

Our turkey, cranberry, leek slice only contains Norfolk bronze turkey, brined overnight in festive spices, slowly roasted and immersed in a creamy leek sauce with whole dried cranberries. Oh… and encased in all butter puff pastry!
