The Grand Canyon was nothing short of mind-blowing. We hiked down to the Ooh-Aah Point on the South Rim Trail, and when these wranglers came up the path on their mules, a part of me could have dropped everything to become a western cowgirl and live in the desert forever 😂🤠

Back from an amazing trip to Sedona, AZ with my family. Love these shots my sister-in-law snapped of me and my camera at the “Ooh Ahh” Point at the Grand Canyon 📷❤️

Fire is such a creative force.
I loved documenting this gorgeous fire troupe of women, creating content for them to use in applications to perform at festivals this summer.
Capturing each unique flow with the flames reminded me that creativity is so fluid, wild & illuminating. These performers direct the flames while also flowing so beautifully with it. I can't think of a better example of harnessing sensuality and creativity.

I had the absolute honor of shooting Sylvan Esso in Durham last week at the Durham Athletic Park, the original home of the Durham Bulls. This duo is one of the most unique acts I've ever seen. They never fail to impress and every time I see them live, I dance, I cry, & have full body chills the whole time. Felt sooo good to break out my camera at a show again. Concert photography will always be my first love 🥲 Until next time!

Had fun on this shoot with B. Rain Bennett for his new BOOK release! Rain is a fantastic director and filmmaker, public speaker, storytelling coach, and friend. He had his first Tedx talk this year, he published a storytelling workbook and now this book! I've worked with Rain on various creative projects over the years and it's been an honor to witness and document his continued success. His book is an excellent guide in video storytelling/marketing for purpose-driven businesses.

“A creative life is an amplified life. It’s a bigger life, a happier life, an expanded life, and a hell of a lot more interesting life. Living in this manner—continually and stubbornly bringing forth the jewels that are hidden within you—is a fine art, in and of itself.” -Elizabeth Gilbert in her book, "Big Magic" | feeling so grateful for my time with these two angels in California last week. I've been in a bit of a creative rut and my quality time with these two beauties got my creative wheels turning again. Turns out that laughing till you cry, deep convos, a gorgeous private beach & playing music together with your soul family is the perfect medicine for reminding yourself who you are 💗💗💗 eternally grateful for friends who are always down to be in the moment together, no matter how long we've been apart 🥰
