It's not long to go, before it's time to tackle the hills and enjoy the views! 🚵

The 7 Hills follows a way marked course designed to test a riders strength, endurance and determination. The ride traces the spine of the Island as it winds up and over over chalky downlands and through ancient forests. All the while taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery of the South Wight with its stunning views looking across the English Channel.

The event page is now open for the Dirty Dozen and the Tough Ten. October 15th 2023, a circular route starting and finishing in Newport. With two route choices, feed stations and a medal and the odd hill or twelve - what's not to love about cycling on the Isle of Wight.

The Dirty Dozen event opens Friday 11th August @ 6pm. Starting and finishing in Newport. Riders will have options to tackle either a 38 mile (61Km) or a 28 Mile (45Km) circular route. As expected there will be plenty of hills, maybe some mud but also plenty of satisfaction at completing arguably one of the toughest routes we have undertaken.

Just over one week remaining. Enter online and add to that Snowman Medal Haul. Truly begin the New Year's Eve Celebrations early with Friends, Mud & Hills. And, if you get your skates on, you could be the proud owner of this little fella too. First, second and third in each category receives a trophy. It will be wet, it will be muddy, it will be cold and it will be steep – add in some natural obstacles and this will make for the most challenging of extreme cross country runs.

The 7-Hills event page has been updated to show the finishing times of all the distances in Sunday's Challenge.

Re-introducing the ‘Killer Hills’ for 2022 – an event for none but the brave or foolhardy. A 14 Hill there-and-back route will start in Sandown travel West to Freshwater before turning around and doing the same route in reverse.
