Last night me and five very dedicated employees that I super love fed 520 gorgeous ladies dinner. My absolute favorite part of this event is seeing how beautifully and uniquely decorated the individual tables are. Like Ive said before, catering large events, is tons of math, knowing how to hold temps of perishable food and a very close relationship with raw meat at all times. I love Journey and the babe in charge of the entire Christmas Tea is an actual angel. ❤️

Our taco bar was taken advantage of on every employee break including mine! It was a pleasure catering both of West Hills High Schools track and field banquets. They have some amazing athletes!

Today’s graduation luncheon was dry rubbed tri tip on a bed of purple gruyere potato mash. We had to quality control taste test this one several times.💜

Brunch today was partially prepared by this chicken. When you are deliriously tired and it’s 7:30am and you’ve already been awake for four hours....you have no idea how life giving it is to see a chicken cooking.

Teaching the culinary kids at La Mesa Arts Academy the history of and how to make hoecakes. They were so much fun and if anyone is feeling generous, they need an actual kitchen!

Tonight we catered a party for the Life360 app! Al pastor inspired tacos with Brazilian grilled pineapple! We also got to work with Chris Wojdak Photography and she is just as much an incredible person as an incredible photographer. Check our that app it so cool for families!

Tomorrow is the last day of teacher appreciation week! Bring those teachers lunch in a brown box......give them what they really want and pair it with something in a brown bag! Love our teachers!

Today we made these dark chocolate maca cream puff pastries for a baby shower. I paired mine with Melvin’s “The Bishop” Irish dry stout and it was amazing!

Today’s lunch delivery were these salads with grilled corn, black beans served with homemade salsa and chipotle cream dressing. Dessert was mini strawberry napoleons....I only ate like four when I made them so I consider that a win!
