I'm taking part in the push up challenge with Ziba Fit & The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health and su***de.

The goal is to complete 3,144 push ups in 23 days to represent the 3,144 lives lost to su***de in Aus in 2021.

The challenge starts on June 1st. You can follow along, show support and make donations via the link below if you wish to do so 🖤

Funds raised will go towards improving critical mental health and su***de prevention services and programs in Australia.
