Five Expert Tips from a Bo***ir Photographer

1. Choose the Right Lingerie (and Accessories)
Selecting lingerie that makes you feel confident and comfortable is key. Opt for pieces that highlight your best features and reflect your personal style. Think about textures and colors that you love and feel sexy in.

2. Come with Clean Skin and Minimal Makeup
For the best results, aim to arrive with freshly washed, hydrated skin, and minimal makeup.

3. Prep for Confidence, Not Perfection
Bo***ir is all about feeling empowered and confident, not about achieving perfection. Embrace your body and remember that you're already stunning. Confidence will shine through in your photos more than any technical perfection. Try to avoid stressing over every little detail.

4. Communicate with Your Photographer
Be clear with your photographer about what you want from the session. Whether you're going for sultry, playful, or classy vibes, discussing your vision beforehand will ensure that you both are on the same page. Share your preferences about poses, lighting, and any body insecurities you might want to address.

5. Hydrate and Rest the Night Before
To look and feel your best, it’s important to be well-rested and hydrated. Drink plenty of water the day before and get a good night's sleep to reduce puffiness and to help your skin glow. When you're well-rested, you’ll feel more energized and confident during the session.

6. Bring Multiple Outfits
Bring a variety of outfits to your bo***ir session—different styles, colors, and textures. This gives you flexibility and options for different looks, from lace lingerie to a cozy sweater or even a button-up shirt. The more variety you have, the more dynamic your photos will be. I also have the client closet and the Angel wings that you have access to.

7. Don't Forget to Groom
While it’s completely up to you, many people prefer to do some light grooming before a bo***ir session, whether that’s shaving, waxing, or simply trimming. This will help you feel more polished and comfortable, especially if certain areas will be exposed.
8. Wear Loose Clothing to Your Session
Avoid tight clothing like skinny jeans or tight socks before your shoot, as they can leave marks on your skin that might show up in photos. Opt for something loose and comfortable, like a robe or oversized shirt, that won't leave lines or indents on your body.

Fall season is my favorite time of year between all the weddings but the colors just look amazing! Last year, Abby + Bryce wanted the fall look so we had to push it back to really get those beautiful colors!!

I can't wait for their wedding next December at Barn At Bay Horse Inn! Its going to be so amazing!!

Can we got back to nicer weather!! I truly love this session right here! First off, It was different vibes than most of my couples which was the best! Jessica and Nick wanted do their session at the beach in St. Joesph, Michigan!

I was totally open and it looked about to be one of my favorite session!

When I saw the reaction from Devin to seeing Katelyn for the first time, I immediately had to hold back tears! He even cried during the ceremony too!
