My Realization, The Nonbinary Agenda, & NonBinaryCon
Devin McDonald realized they were nonbinary at age 20, but if they’d had a community like The Nonbinary Agenda, they would have realized at age 5.
Devin started TNA (The Nonbinary Agenda) as a Facebook Group August 20, 2018 and it grew to over 1,000 members (which Devin calls Membies) within a few months. They reached 5,000 membies December 2020, less than a year and a half into Devin & their “modmins’” (admins & moderators of the group) work.
A few months in, Devin realized they had nowhere they could all meet up. So, they started NonBinaryCon to give nonbinary people & their allies a chance to come together to meet, have fun, learn, spread awareness, raise money, & be activists.
Devin is always open to messages from people with questions about being gender nonbinary or trans in general and looks forward to meeting & helping more & more Membies every day!
