sMaak, in collaboration with , will celebrate Liberation Day on the 5th of May by catering in the neighborhood of Coolhaven!

If you are interested in joining us, fill out the link in our bio / story - We are eager to celebrate this event with you where you’ll be able to enjoy our lovely and colorful food + some good soup!

On the day of the event, you can also sign up to ferment your own Freedom pickle from 12:00 to 13:00.

our vegan dolma is one of our most popular main dishes, and consists of bell-peppers stuffed with seasoned rice, veggies, and chickpeas😩

fun fact: the word dolma is of turkish origin, and means ‘something stuffed’
