اختار العروسان الأمريكيان أنكور جاين، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة بيلت ريواردز، وعروسه بطلة المصارعة الامريكية، إيريكا هاموند، ان يقيما حفل زفافهما فى مصر عند سفح الأهرامات!
عند تخطيطهم لحفل الزفاف، فكر العروسان في فى إقامة حفل زفاف في الفضاء أو في مصر، واختاروا مصر، ووصف العروسان الحدث بأنه "تجربة لا يمكن تكرارها في العمر".
شهد عالم المصريات، الدكتور زاهي حواس، حفل زواجهما في الأهرامات.
استمتع الزوجان وضيوفهم البالغ عددهم 130 ببرنامج رائع لمدة أربعة أيام في مصر.
قبل الزفاف، أقام العروسان حفل ترحيب بضيوفهم في قصر محمد علي في القاهرة، وشمل الحفل عرض رقص شرقى، ورقص الضيوف على إيقاعات الموسيقى الشرقية والمصرية التى اختارها لهم الـدى چى.
في اليوم الثاني، استمتع الزوجان بجولة خاصة في الأهرامات نظمها لهم د. حواس. تلا ذلك حفل عشاء فى المتحف المصرى الكبير، مستوحى الحفل من مصر القديمة، ضم عروضًا شعبية، وجولة تسوقية للضيوف، تصمنت للعطور المصرية، والبردي والحلى.
في يوم الجمعة، اجتمع الضيوف عند الغروب في موقع خاص تم بناءه خصيصا للحفل بالقرب من الأهرامات لحضور حفل الزفاف.
مع غروب الشمس على هضبة الجيزة، نُقل الضيوف إلى الجانب الآخر من الأهرامات للاحتفال بالزفاف، مع إطلالة رائعة على الصحراء والأهرامات.

Egyptologist, Dr. Zahi Hawad officiated their wedding at the pyramids.
The couple and their 130 guests enjoyed a an incredible four day itinerary in Egypt.
Before the wedding, they hosted a welcome reception at the Muhammed Ali Palace in Cairo, complete with belly dancers, fire dancers and a shoppable bazaar for guests with a DJ playing Arab house music.
On the second day, the couple enjoyed a private tour of the Pyramids and Sphinx, including exclusive areas, organized by Dr. Hawass. This was followed by an Ancient-Egypt themed dinner at the Grand Egyptian Museum, featuring traditional performances and aerial dancers.
The night included a shopping spree of custom mixed Egyptian perfumes, customizable sentimental papyrus scrolls and body gems.
For the wedding on Friday, the Guests gathered at a specially built site near the Sphinx at the foot of the Great Pyramids of Giza at sunset. Dr. Hawass officiated the wedding.
As the sun set on the Giza Plateau, the guests were transported to the other side of the pyramids for the wedding celebrations, with a stunning view of the desert and the pyramids.
