Celebrating 1 year of playing gigs!
Facebook memories reminded me in the weekend that it has been 1 year since my first gig, Bou Wanaka! So about 16 months since I started learning to mix. That time has absolutely flown by and I've had so much fun! I've continually pushed my boundaries to the limit along the journey, trying to get to the level I want to be at while juggling with work and life. It's been a wild (and sometimes tough) ride but I wouldn't give it up for anything. I want to give a HUGE thank you to all the promoters that have booked me over the last year Sub180 (extra special shoutout), Jacked, Brand+New, Hide, Liquid Exchange LX NZ, Boom Candy, Skeptical Sounds, UCSA - University of Canterbury Students' Association and Imposter. It's crazy to think I've already played so many shows at so many venues alongside so many of my favourite DJs, when it feels like just yesterday I swore I would never have the confidence to get up and play to a crowd. Thank you to every onewho has ever supported me along the way. Extra special love and credit needs to go to Tom Prayoonyuang and Billy Reid for teaching me from day one and for putting up with my meltdowns. Sounds cliche but I really look up to you guys and the heat that you constantly bring <3
