Imagine opening the door to a warehouse and finding tables set for 100 guests, with candles and lights strung from above, and no assigned seating. A guitar player gently strumming out a tune, and suddenly the chef appears with the Amuse, the first little appetizer, and the crowd hushes as the chef prepares you for the night's offerings. Eager with anticipation, you know that this experience will n
ever be repeated, because it's a once in a lifetime experience, with unique courses, many of which the chef has just perfected, in a unique setting, and with a unique array of diners and friends. This isn't dinner and then a move; this IS the entertainment. You'll savor the offerings, the perfectly paired wines or beers, and you'll talk and laugh as they do in the old country, perhaps for hours, in a night that no one will soon forget. We will seat regular members first and then open it up to others; it's likely to become a members only experience, so the curious may want to register for the first "event" and perhaps not tell too many of their friends at first!
