In light of the measures being taken to speed the nation back to health again, ALL weekly trivia nights are on hold for the time being.

So, players at River City Lanes, Sunset Grill Pewaukee and Bayside on Okauchee, thanks for your support, as always. If you'd like to help our wonderful venues, please consider buying their gift certificates for when we are back up and running, or order take out from those which offer this service. I've been doing trivia, as many of you know, in Lake Country for a few years now. We did Bucky's for 3 years and, sad as we were to see it close, it's BACK, as Bayside on Okauchee. Every Thursday, from 7.30 you can join me there for trivia and a delicious range of awesome bar grub, with THAT view of the lake!

We've been slow in getting reviews up this year - oops! As always, we're SO grateful to all who take the time after their big day to say a few words about their experience working with us.

Hana and Vinny fell in love with Milwaukee, and Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery, when on a tour there from their native Indiana. They decided that under the stars in the Captain's Courtyard would be a wonderful way to celebrate - and they were 100% right!

Weather stayed fair, just magical. Terrific couple, lovely day. Perfect!

Once more, THANK YOU to all the wonderful 2018 couples for their kind reviews. It's been a great ride! After almost 28 years and 1500ish weddings, we are honored to have been a part of some incredible memories as our couples begin the next stage of their journey.

Thanks, also, go to the network partners who have stuck their necks out for us with very welcome referrals. The photographers, planners, venues, florists, officiants, cake artists and caterers we've been lucky enough to team up with on some incredible events. You rock!

Getting ready to ring in the New Year in the company of Liesel, Souk and 250 of their closest friends and family for our final wedding of 2018 - and the first one of 2019!

It's 50 degrees warmer at the moment than this time last year, so that should make things a little more fun!

Three recent corporate clients decided they wanted to have a Holiday Party which included trivia. It's a great way to bring the work team together, especially for smaller companies, for drinks, dinner and some fun trivia! Thanks SO MUCH to Kim Dorfner and Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery, and The Iron Horse Hotel for their recent referrals. You rock!

My good mate, Mick Scrivener has Nelly The Elephant as his signature song. I almost always find a way to squeeze The Proclaimers into my weddings - hey, that's what happens when you let the Scots into your celebration! ;) So, when your awesome couples ask if you can START the night with it - why, yes you can! Congratulations, to Anthony and Marta on a fantastic wedding day, and thanks for bringing the party people to The Onion Pub and Brewery last night in Lake Barrington, Illinois. We made it across the border and I didn't even need my passport!

I don't often post video from events (probably should!) so thanks to my awesome assistant, Danny, for grabbing footage from The Barbershop a Hair Salon for Men party at Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton on Saturday night. Proud of the team for the setup, great lighting and a roomful of happy hairdressers!

I wish I worked more weddings with awesome bands! At the Intercontinental last night for Paul and Danielle's reception with Chanelle Meaux and the Dapper Cats. They learned this Flaming Lips' classic specially for the bride and groom. Yoshimi done, lounge stylee!
