VACANCIES ALERT - MULTIPLE POSITIONS
Hills Country House (Hills Garden) in Limbe, Blantyre is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:
1. RECEPTIONIST (2)
- : Welcome guests, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- : Greet and check-in guests, handle room assignments and key cards, answer phone calls and manage reservations.
- :
Minimum of Certificate in any field, 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. WAITRESS (1)
- : Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- : Take orders and serve food and drinks, manage tables and ensure prompt service, manage and facilitate transactions, maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- : Minimum of Certificate in any field, 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. CLEANER (1)
- : Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the areas and guest rooms.
- : Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, restock linens and amenities, report maintenance issues to management, maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- : Minimum of Certificate in any field, 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning, ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
4. BAR ATTENDANT (1)
- : Provide exceptional service to guests in the bar area, preparing and serving drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- : Prepare and serve drinks, manage transactions, maintain a clean and organized workspace, provide exceptional customer service.
- : Minimum of Certificate in any field, 1-2 years of experience in bartending or food and beverage service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
