Videographer 2nd-Shooter Job
$20/hour

I’m expanding my wedding video business and am looking to hire a long-term videographer to help me as a 2nd shooter and potentially as a primary shooter for weddings and events.
I’m looking for someone who is creative, disciplined, driven, and willing to grow as a filmmaker. No experience is necessary but you must be willing to quickly learn how to be a professional videographer.

I’ve been filming weddings for about 4 years now and am ready to take the next step with my business. I need to hire someone! On most wedding and event days I am finding it difficult to do everything I need to do without help. I often have 2 tripod cameras, 1 gimbal camera, lighting equipment, audio recording equipment, and more that needs to be set up and operated and it’s almost impossible to do it by myself.
You’ll be paid $20/hour with the potential for more as you prove yourself and grow. The schedule of all my booked events will be given to you and you can choose which ones will work for you. This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants a creative weekend job!
I can’t wait to meet you and believe me….we will have fun while we create timeless wedding films for incredible couples!

Requirements

* Must be comfortable operating a professional video camera. I will teach you how!
* Must be able to drive and have a means of transportation. But I’m sure many times you will be able to just ride with me!
* Won’t need your own gear-I’ll provide the gear.
* Most be willing to work on Saturdays. Most jobs will be 6-10 hour weddings or events on Saturdays.
* Must be willing to go through a paid 15+ hour online training.
* Many of my events are in nearby large cities including El Paso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and a few others.

Job Description for Videographer 2nd Shooter
(I will teach you all of these skills)

* Setting up and operating professional cameras.
* Setting up and operating audio recording equipment.
* Setting up lighting equipment.
* Helping with general needs of the primary shooter during an event.

Hi there! Could I just have 1 minute to say thank you?🙏

First of all, I am so thankful to be a recipient of the amazing grace from a good God! I’m so grateful to know Jesus as my Savior. I really can’t take credit for any good thing in my life because anything good in my life is directly from the Lord.

Second, to my incredible wife. Abbi, you are such a special woman and often I think, “Wow you could have done so much better than me!” I can’t imagine going through this life with anyone else. Thanks for supporting me, for loving me, and always being my comfort. I love you Abigail.

Next is YOU. Yes, if you’re reading this I’m talking about you. You are the heart of my business. I LOVE being able to capture your memories, the special moments, and the biggest days of your life. It is extremely humbling and I am so so thankful for every one of you who support me and my business. There is no way I deserve it but I am so grateful. Thank you.
