EXAMPLE OF ITALIAN PANCAKES FROM OUR MENU:
Cutizza
Cutizza is a dessert popular in the Italian province of Lombardy. Cutizza is a simple and beloved local delight made with a mixture of flour, water, eggs, and milk, fried in oil, and dusted with powdered sugar. When combined with a sweet white wine like Moscato, the dish is frequently consumed as a snack or dessert.

Ciaffignone
Ciaffignone is a classic Tuscan pancake made with fat and thin enough to be virtually transparent. Ciaffignone is thought to be the predecessor of the French crêpe, according to locals. The pancakes are usually sprinkled with grated Pecorino cheese after they've been prepared, but if you want modern versions, icing sugar can be used instead.

Chisciöl
Chisciöl is a classic buckwheat pancake made in the upper Valtellina, particularly in the Tirano area. It is always sliced and frequently served with a finely chopped chicory salad seasoned with vinegar and oil. Every year in Tirano, the Confraternita del Chisciöl hosts the Sagra dei Chisciöl, a festival dedicated to the promotion of this delicious local delicacy.

Scrippelle 'mbusse
Scrippelle'mbusse is an Abruzzo-based classic Italian dish. The pancakes are rolled and dusted with parmesan or pecorino cheese before being served in shallow bowls. The recipe is then finished by pouring the hot chicken stock over the pancakes.

Crespelle alla Valdostana
Crespelle alla Valdostana is an Italian dish that comprises of savoury, filled crêpes topped in gooey Fontina cheese and béchamel sauce and hails from the Aosta Valley. This classic meal goes well with wines like Blanc de Morgex or Erbaluce di Caluso and can be eaten on its own or as a complement to grilled meat.

Necci
Necci are thin Italian pancakes prepared with chestnut flour and water in a batter. Pancakes can be eaten plain or loaded with a variety of ingredients such as pancetta, ricotta cheese, sausage, chocolate, honey, or sugar. Necci are a typical Tuscan snack known for its crispy edges, which are achieved by baking the pancakes in flat, cast-iron pans known as testi.

The pancakes are topped with a mixture of spinach, eggs, cream cheese, grated cheese, and chopped chicken livers fried in butter once they've been prepared. ITALIAN CREPES PANCAKE WORKSHOP – ADULTS COOKING CLASS IN LONDON

If you'd like to learn how to cook some great crepes, Italian Pancakes this is the right workshop in London for you! From prep to service, you will be learning how to create delicious Italian Crepes. Discover the Italian pancake making process from batter making to folding, and learn how to make your own amazing crepes.

Our crepe workshop is ideal for those who have always dreamed of being able to flip a crêpe like a professional, or who wants to impress their guests at home. After this workshop, you'll be feeling like a great cook in no time!

During this cooking class, our cuisine Chef, who has worked in the most prestigious creperies (pancake restaurants) in Italy and France, will pass on their love of cuisine to you.

There’s a lot to learn about crêpes but we will teach you all very easily.

In the space of 2 hours, you will learn how to make Italian style crêpes and perfect crepe batter and you will learn how to successfully cook and fold crepes. Crepes topped with your favourite Italian ingredients will be amazing you!

- how to prepare the batter
- tricks to cook with a pan (not so easy!)
- the fillings (sugar, jam, homemade chocolate, salted butter caramel and egg, ham, cheese and much more)
- and how to combine toppings
- you’ll be sent the recipes after class, so you can continue to recreate the magic at home.

From prep to service, you will be learning how to create delicious Italian Crepes. Discover the Italian pancake making process from batter making to folding, and learn how to make your own amazing crepes.
With our workshops, you will learn how to make Italian style crêpes and perfect crepe batter and you will learn how to successfully cook and fold crepes. Crepes topped with your favourite Italian ingredients will be amazing you!

- how to prepare the batter
- tricks to cook with a pan (not so easy!)
- the fillings (sugar, jam, homemade chocolate, salted butter caramel and egg, ham, cheese and much more)
- and how to combine toppings
- you’ll be sent the recipes after class, so you can continue to recreate the magic at home.

We teach all of this during our fun, carefully structured classes & courses, while incorporating love, enthusiasm and a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
