Beyond the basic edit 🎬
A little ‘behind the scenes’ from Friday
The HUMAN touch 💥
A new generation of editors and animators are emerging—ones who can't actually edit…or animate!?!
I have watched with interest as more and more creative tasks become automated, thanks to a variety of plugins and presets that allow users to simply drag and drop their way to a finished project. However, I still believe there is room for 'the human touch.' Having FULL and COMPLETE control over each animated element means you can tweak every pixel to perfection, resulting in a far superior project compared to the drag-and-drop options available.
Yes, you may save some money using second-rate animators and plugins, but to truly stand out, the human touch is STILL needed more than ever—arguably even more so as the digital world of content creation becomes over saturated with one-size-fits-all drag-and-drop solutions.
mrmooremedia Project Recap - Quarter 1 of 2024
(Re)Create - ‘Jungle Cruise’ End Credits
While most switch off the end credits, motion designers zoom in - knowing this is the part that fellow motion gurus have poured heart and soul into!
I thought it'd be cool to do a little series where I attempt to recreate the more eye catching end credits scenes, and show you how I did it in under 2 minutes...starting with Disneys 'Jungle Cruise'.
Let me know -Which opening/end credits scene would you like to see me tackle next?
mrmooremedia Recap - NOV/DEC 23
mrmooremedia recap: Nov - Dec 2023 👀
A look back at just some of the project I tackled over the past couple of months. As always a real variety of clients AND skillsets on show here - animation/motion graphics/videography.

The World Economic Forum 2024
Creating eye catching visuals for the 'America this Week' podcast is a weekly creative challenge I undertake (and enjoy!) ❤️
- Picking a single section to bring to life from the 2 hour episode
- Cutting that section into a slick and smooth 30 second segment
- Thinking how to represent those words visually to elevate the dialogue further
- Add soundtrack and sound effects to complete
Resulting in strong video content that attracts more listeners to the show.
Here's this weeks riff on the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos...
And don't forget - if you have a podcast or other dialogue led content that could benefit from some visual panache then please reach out - would love to work with you 🤝
Grief - an animated short
G R I E F - an animated short.
Grief is so complex that words won’t cover the depth of feeling
Sometimes art can say more than our words ever could.
Here is my attempt to wrestle grief, using sound, black and white shapes and 43 seconds…
