Polaroids! 📸They are so fun! You can create a scavenger hunt like this party did. Have a list of what you want them to take pictures of or a free-for-all photo time! Use it for your guest book too, have some tape to stick the Polaroids to the book and you’ll always have a photo memory. 🤍

Confetti, it's fun.. it makes for great photos.. but it's horrible for clean up and the outdoors. Soooo, try lavender confetti! It smells incredible and it's biodegradable.😎

You can also get a hole punch and some dried leaves. For pretty fall colours! 🍂

OR! Dried flowers! 💐

Vendors! They need to have a timeline of everything. Make sure they get a lay out of how the day is going to look... and yes... all of them that are there day of. It's never fun to have to scurry around looking for someone who knows what's going on.

You can make an email composing what will happen day before, day of, a checklist for everyone to make sure everything is done at the time and how you'd like. Everyone will be organized and know what's going on all day!

Photography is so important when it comes to your event 📸
Take some time and go to pinterest or google and look up event pictures and make a place to keep some of you favorites. You'll probably have a theme, pick a photographer that suites that theme. THEN! Show them the photos you like!

That way when they are photographing your event they will know what angles and heights you like the photos at! Make sure to let them know how many photos you'd like and any other specifics you'd like! They are there to help!🤩🥳
